Crew Leaders are required to have an insurable Valid Driver's License and 2+ years experience managing a crew. Pay is $22-$24/hr, depending on your experience. The Mowing Crew is responsible for mowing/trimming/blowing hard surfaces. We work 4 Ten Hour Days, Monday through Thursday with Friday to make up for rain and overtime opportunities.
