Help I need some advice

Hello thanks for taking the time to read my post. I’m needing some advice on what I can do or my options are. I have some neighbors that i believe have abandoned their dogs a husky and pit bull they recently had puppies and i saw them and they where crying for 2 days straight and now i haven’t seen them or heard them I’m not sure if they passed away. I’ve fed the dogs these last days and i feel so bad for them it breaks my heart what can I do? I feel if I call the city they will just take the dogs away and euthanize them any suggestions? Or if you’d like to help with food it’s much appreciated.. i don’t know if I’ll get it any trouble for feeding them by the owners but this is un acceptable a husky shouldn’t even be in the heat like this.
