Yes this is not a misprint I have had a squirrel that was handled as a baby because mom was hit by car all siblings were able to be released but do to him having difficulties he had to be handled and was taken on by my cat and acctually adopted this squirrel which once we realized she was non releasable we would have to keep her she has a nice midwestern tall cage 3 tier with everything she needs including toys and hammocks she is handtamed and this breaks my heart but every one is full and if she is to be released it would be a deathb sentence unfortunately getting extremely sick with covid I lost my home and cannnot gave her where I am moving now she’s is a great squirrel and if someone has knowledge of a soft release and a yard free b of predators I’m not against the idea but she would need to be monitored and she just wants to be with you so she’s probably stay close but my dream fir her would be that situation I will provide everything u need to know of her care I feed her a very variety of diet there are alot of misconceptions about squirrels diets that I wil write down everything if your intrested in her shed make a great companion and loves to be out spending time with you there’s a very small rehoming fee
