Please read entirely. need somebody to quote to complete several jobs we need to have done. It can be for one or all of the jobs. Please send photo of yourself since you will be coming to our home. 1. Roof leak needs to be diagnosed and repaired (please have experience). 2. Re-screen patio cage around pool. 3. possibly re-bronzing patio cage. 4 some drywall and finishing projects that we have started and have not had time to finish. 5. Wanting to have the area around the pool resurfaced. 6. need to have a fence hanging job finished (this is a relatively small job as there are only a few panels.. but we need gate hardware installed as well). prefer the person quoting to see the jobs in person vs quoting with photos
