New cover band looking for drummer

Hi, fairly new cover band with many leads on paying gigs looking for a new drummer who has similar vision of success as the rest of the band, the current drummer isn't quite on the same level. We're moving quickly, so weekly rehearsal in North Hollywood area is MUST. Wide range of music from 60s - 00s being covered, we already have a couple sets of music down, so you must be able to get up to speed quickly. Please have reliable transportation and be willing to travel, there will be a stipend included with pay for gigs 50 miles outside of the North Hollywood area. We are focusing on doing parties, weddings, corporate events, etc primarily. Bookings at clubs and bars will be considered only if there is decent pay.
