Certified carpenter needed to build boat ramp

Certified carpenter needed to build a gangway (boat ramp) from my shore to my small boat dock on the Iowa River. Ramp will be 10'-16' ft. depending on design; shore has steep drop off. I cover cost of all materials. You supply the expertise to make a highly secure and long-lasting ramp with handrails. Experience in building boat ramps preferred. Looking for certified carpenter not odd job person.
