For immediate hire: Direct Care Staff positions available for both a boys teen home as well as a girls teen home both located in Mesa, AZ. Your duties will include but not limited to: preparing meals, coaching on how to keep a clean and organized home, creating activities outside the home, mentoring and guiding for job opportunities for these kids, teaching hygiene and above all, being able to show compassion for all of these kids and their circumstances. Requirements to get started are: Level 1 Fingerprint card, valid drivers license and clean driving record (no DUI) and must submit a resume with your application with prior job experience and with four references to contact. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time and all shifts are to be filled Mon-Friday 11pm-7am (40hrs + overtime at time and half) Saturday/Sunday 8am-8pm (24 hrs) Saturday/Sunday 8pm-8am (24 hrs) or Friday 11pm-Sunday 11pm (48hrs: Weekend warrior and includes 8hrs at time and half) Mon-Friday 7:00am -4:30pm (40hrs + 7.5hrs overtime) All shifts can be manipulated to to fit your current schedules. We have 16 positions to fill between 4 different homes. All good kids to work with as well as existing staff. Two homes are double staffed 24/7 and plenty of training so to help you feel good about your position and grow to management and/or increasing your pay. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour and/or salary depending on position being filled
