Couple of suggestions from a driver: As drivers, we take pride in the condition and cleanliness of our vehicle, we try to give riders courteous friendly rapid and safe service.
Please help us out a little bit: if we make the effort to drive to your location, please be ready to go and make an effort to locate the driver, we have a vehicle as described on the App, as drivers we have no idea who you are. We will carry luggage and a small amount of cargo, no problem, but we are in the business of transporting people, not cargo. If I get a request to call the rider when I arrive, I wont. Im not your personal chauffer, Im a driver who will probably make $4-5 per trip. As I said, please be ready when we arrive. If we have to wait a long time, we are losing other fares.
Also, no open containers or eating food during the trip.
Lets work together to assure good for all of us, rider and driver.
