Must have a reliable pickup truck or van. Must have a working phone. Must have your own tools. Must have common sense. Must be able to follow directions. Must be able to work with little to no supervision. I am looking for a "Jack of all Trades, Master of None" type of person to work full or part time...your choice. I am not looking for someone to work a couple days and then ghost me... Stuff I will possibly need done: Framing/Basic Carpentry Basic Plumbing Basic Electrical Hanging sheetrock Mixing/pouring concrete Laying tile Etc... If you know how to do all (or Most) of the above, I have plenty of work for you! Pay is according to your experience...give me a call and we can chat about it. This will be contract work and I will issue a 1099 I can keep you busy, believe me. If you need money and are interested in working for the long haul, give me a shout. The last guy I hired worked for 2 years... I have two homes in Johnson City that are always needing something done. One of them is getting ready for a full basement finish job...
