National Preservation Group LLC is currently seeking both new and experienced Property Preservation Contractors, Handymen and general contractors (TECH SAVVY PREFERED). Work is currently available in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, Essex NJ and Rockland NY. Contractors are required to have a smartphone (for the purpose of documenting work through photos) and must pass a background check with Aspen Grove. Requirements: Smartphone Truck/Van Essential contracting tools and supplies (knoblocks, deadbolts, padlocks, lockboxes, tarps, antifreeze, etc). Liability Insurance (preferred) Skills: General Handy-man skills Roofing repairs/ basic tarping Snow removals Landscaping & grass cuts REO Winterization of properties Painting Standard home repairs General cleaning. Trash & Debris Removal Painting Property inspections and damage reports. Drywall work. Detail oriented work ethic. Maid Services Mold Remedy Plumbing + Electrical HVAC Pool services etc...
