Currently hiring for the right WINDOW CLEANERS in the Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough area. Looking for punctual, courteous, self-motivated, and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. WITH PROFESSIONAL YEARS OF EXPERIENCE w/ WINDOW CLEANING, PRESSURE WASHING AND/OR PAVER SEALING!! We clean glass from 1 to 3+ stories at commercial and residential locations. Some ladder work, possible high-rise work; travel between jobs; and minimal paperwork are required. Must not be afraid of heights at 2-3 story level and comfortable walking on roofs when necessary. Paid training, ONLY for Someone with a STONG WORK ETHIC • Pay based on work experience • No Nights, No Major Holidays, and Some Weekends • Tips and additional commission opportunities • Inside and outside work • Equipment and uniforms furnished Qualifications: Valid driver’s license is a MUST • Reliable transportation to and from work • Provide excellent customer service • Self-motivated and able to work alone • Provide service in our three service categories which include window cleaning, paver sealing, pressure washing; can also include gutter cleaning • Speak with customers about additional services • Ensure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of cleaning supplies on the vehicle • Keep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and condition • Complete invoices and follow work orders as required • Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions • Pressure Clean in Sunny and Hot weather for up to 5-8 hours at a time. • Responsible, courteous, careful to walk on roof tiles.
