Furnished Room for single person available for short term rental (1 to 3 months) starting June 13 in beautiful home and gated community with many amenities including tennis, resort style pool, well equipped gym, pickle ball, restaurant, post office, gas station, bicycle paths. Included are all utilities, washer/dryer, wifi, use of private swimming pool, 20 minutes from tropical Bonita Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. This is a nonsmoking, no pets allowed, non-drinking, no guests allowed and bathroom is shared with male owner. Renter should be financially sound, respectful of property, quiet and show proof of financial capability and have references or background check. Most desirable would be a person on vacation or looking to buy a home. Rent is at 850 dollars per month with 300 dollars security deposit which is returned at end of rental.
