We have been in business for 2 years and have a proven track record of success. We are financially stable and offer benefits for our employees. We are currently looking to hire 2 rock-star marketing reps to help our company grow and become even more successful than we already are. The ideal candidate for this position would be a self motivated and driven individual who is not afraid of speaking in public and enjoys going out and meeting people. This position requires canvassing neighborhoods, setting up at swap meets and flea markets, and networking in a multitude of groups around town. As a marketing representative, you will not have to sell anything! All sales are conducted by our sales staff. Your only job is to market our company to homeowners and set up appointments for our sales team. That's it. You can make a fair salary while only working a few hours a day. This is the perfect job for someone in college on the business admin or marketing career path. We do offer advancement opportunities for those who are interested in growing with our company. A fully licensed public adjuster can make 20k a month. A public adjuster apprentice with our company can make between 5k and 10k a month. Our marketers should make 3-7k a month if they are working and setting quality appointments. That's without any bonuses or incentives for hitting marketing goals. You can choose between pay per appointment with bonuses per closed deal (Best pay plan for go getters). Or, we offer a base salary and bonuses per appointment and closed deal (Best for people who are new to marketing). Benefits We offer 401k and healthcare after 90 days. Advancement Opportunities For those who are interested, we offer an open apprenticeship every 6 months. Those who are successful in marketing can find even more success as a public adjuster apprentice. After completing your 6 month apprenticeship, you can become a fully licensed public adjuster and run your own team with our company.
