Need Access Panel Installed

I need someone who can install an access panel under a sink in a bathroom. The wall had to be opened by the plumber. * Current hole 21.5 x 14 inches * Access panel - 22 x 22 inches (durable plastic) There are two potentially tricky parts of this job. 1. The wall is covered in tile, so you need to be able to widen the hole without messing up the tile that will remain (see pic) 2. The access panel will need to have a circle drilled through the door to allow a the pipe from the sink to go through it. To do this cleanly, you will probably need to make the circular cut and then temporarily take off the plumbing from the sink to put it through the access panel.
