Part Time Handyman With Real Estate Company 2 Days Per Week: Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am-1pm. Pay is $25 / hour We also have larger jobs that will be paid on a per job basis. Must have clean driving record; you will be driving our van for various tasks. We provide all tools You will be doing small type jobs at the various properties that we manage. Must do clean and neat work. Must be an excellent communicator. Must have the following skills: roofing repair (flat roofs only) plumbing (light type plumbing work, such as toilet repair, kitchen sink repair, etc) electrical (small stuff such as switches, and fixture replacements) drains (must be able to unclog drains using mechanical auger equipment) paint/plaster/sheetrock
