Remove fallen birch trees/brush & Sand oak floors

I am looking for someone to cut up and remove a birch tree that has fallen. It isn't that large. You can drive by and give me an estimate and if we agree you can do it and I will pay immediately. There is also a couch in front of the garage that need to be removed. If you can do that too, wonderful. I have a few other properties that need trees pruned or cut and overall cleaned up. If this job goes well I can fill up a week or 2 of work for you. I am looking for this to be done this week. Quickly bc the neighbors have complained. Address: 5521 Tolman Terrace, west side of Madison. I also need floors sanded down and refinished. They aren't in bad shape they just need to be redone. I have one spot that has more wear than the others. I would estimate that it would be around 750 sq feet. They would need to be done in June. There is flexibility as the tenants would have moved out. This property will need a bit of handyman work. Nothing major. Repairing some door seals and tensioner rods, recaulking and other basic stuff. It will also need a deep clean.
