Shake off winter with an all-levels yoga flow! Get creative and make your own macrame plant hanger over wine and snacks with friends. Want to try something new and connect with like minded souls? Please join me for a night of intention, creation and connection in honor of the divine feminine energy within us all. It's like a modern day quilting circle. You'll relax in an all-level flow class followed by a plant hanger macrame workshop. This is one of my favorite workshops to host! My first was back in 2015! Wine, snacks and all macrame materials are included. So, grab a friend and get ready for a lovely evening. Please bring your own water bottle and yoga mat.
