Description
Apple is a two year old Alexandrine parrot. He is hand raised and friendly however does not like to be patted. He would much rather sit on your finger or your shoulder and just listen to you talk.
Apple can talks, He says lots of things such as 'hello' 'give me a kiss' and will lean in and kiss you 'hi apple' 'I love you' 'what you doing' 'go get it'.
I am looking for a home for apple with a female alexandrine parrot with the aim that they will be kept together for the rest of their lives. Apply currently lives inside my home, and is outside during the day for some sunshine. I would like him to go to a home with a similar scenario as I think being outside in an a very constantly would be a big shock to him.
He is a very loved bird however he is looking for a mate. He is at sexual maturity and is beginning to try to mate with his toys/cage. He is also getting very loud. I have spoken to a bird expert multiple times and he feels that the best way to make Apple happy is to find him a home with a female alexandrine parrot that can become his mate.
If you think that you can provide a safe and happy home for apple I would love to hear from you.
