Why are we paying ridiculously high taxes in Gainesville when we have lousy roads, congestion, no pedestrian over passes over Archer and Newberry roads, which have become even more dangerous to cross. And insane rent prices in which used to be an affordable town ?
If the objective is to run people out of town it’s working.
I’m taking my business, selling my property and leaving this kiddy condo shit hole. I advise other businesses to follow me.
