You’re invited to join us for an in-person Qoya class.
In a time with so much change, we are learning new ways of being. Each Qoya Class will have its own theme.
For those who are new to Qoya, Qoya is based on the idea that through movement, we remember our essence. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. Wise, wild and free also draw reference to the movement forms that we do in a class: wise for the wisdom of yoga; wild, the authentic expression of dance; free, expanding our capacity to enjoy being in our bodies through pleasurable movement.
An important aspect of Qoya is that there’s no way you can do it wrong, and the way you know you’re doing it right is that it feels right in your body. In many ways, Qoya is a path of self initiation and a practice of inner validation.
This event will take place indoors, so class size is limited. With the current mandate in Denver, face masks will be required .
