Looking for a reliable, handy, and self-driven individual to help around a 10 acre mini-farm in Buckingham on Mondays. ( sorry, no weekends) ***PROOF OF COVID VACCINE IS REQUIRED** We will have a “To Do” list for each day, but you will be working independently on the property most days. Tools and supplies needed will be provided/paid for. Compensation for a reliable, handy, and self-driven individual will be $25/hr. Tasks include, but not limited to: clearing overgrown areas in the yard Mowing and weed eating Pulling weeds Laying down mulch or stone Clearing various paths cleaning stalls small repair jobs as needed Cleaning and organizing tools Power washing lanai, tile walkways, house and carport walls Cleaning outdoor furniture and features Spraying weeds Fence repair Working on ladders occasionally - replacing air vents, batteries in smoke detectors,etc. Assisting with projects inside the home as needed - lifting/moving items General property maintenance to keep up external appearance Picking up dog poop Filling in holes that dogs have dug up Requirements: Fully vaccinated for COVID19 Complete tasks in a timely manner Able to pass a background check Work well with little/no supervision Have own transportation Must be comfortable around animals. (There are goats, pigs, donkeys and dogs on the property.) Able to lift 50lbs easily Able to safely use hand tools AND power tools including a chain saw/pole saw
