Jobs

13241 Millstone pl ne, Bainbridge Island WA

Description

The project is already underway but we just haven't been able to finish it Plan/Steps: 1.Rearrange surrounding rocks so more stable (will take about 30 min) 2.Clear a few shrubs that are near the firepit. This is fairly minimal and it can be dispersed in our woods. 3.Flatten and define(doesn't need leveling though) pathway leading up to it by adding small border rocks (basalt). Note this project is located at the bottom of a sloping yard so you'll need to walk up and down when hauling things like rock, sand & bricks. 4.Level firepit surrounding seating area (16 ft. diameter). It's close but not quite there. 5.Create 2 sets of 2 steps from concrete block & sand & bricks 6.Create the firepit using concrete blocks, taking your time to get it level 7.Weed block fabric down along with plastic edging around the steps and possibly around the surround 8.Sand 9.Add pea gravel & you're done! This is a straightforward job and we have a few requirements for anyone applying. 1. Complete the job this week within 3 days (this week only). 2. Arrive in the morning between 7:30 & 9 a.m. 3. There are 9 steps for this job. The job pays in 1/3 installments. Complete steps 1-3 = $200; complete steps 4-6 = $200; complete 7-9 = $200; $100 bonus for completing the work in less than 3 days (i.e. in 1 or 2 days). 4. Be okay with us checking in regularly and maybe working alongside you to get it right & make it a smooth, straightforward job Things you need to supply: 1. Work gloves 2. Wheelbarrow - 1 per person is ideal but not required 3.
