Power Of One Teen Conference with speaker Tim Ballard from Operation Underground Railroad. Swimming and waterslides to follow speaker! We are thrilled to have Tim Ballard join us for our 2nd Power Of One Teen Conference! He is the Founder and President of Operation Underground Railroad (O.U.R.). Tim has worked every type of case imaginable in the fight to dismantle child trafficking rings. In this effort, he has successfully dismantled dozens of these organizations and rescued countless children from slavery and exploitation.
