Instrumental sounds of the rattles, drums, chimes, crystal bowls, and many more, will assist you in going deeper into your healing. Being open is the key to receiving messages, guidance, healing, and love from not only Spirit but from yourself as well. Every time you have experienced something dramatic or got attached to something or someone, a part of your soul got attached to that experience, a place, or that special someone. Soul Retrieval practice helps you reclaim all these lost parts of you. What Is A Shamanic Journey? A shamanic journey is a trance like meditation, using sound. The continuing and variety of sounds are used to help you achieve a trance like state, in order to process or heal, whatever it is that you need to move through. It is also a great way to find clarity for questions that may be coming up in your current life. Shamanism connects us with the creation that gave birth to our existence and brings us back in harmony with the core elements that assist us to experience this thing we call "life." Shamanic work is about the pulse...the vibration and frequency that exists in our breathe and in the life force of the Mother Earth. It helps us to harness the cosmic energies that we gain through meditation and the cosmic connection that will ultimately help us to embody higher dimensional energy in the body, in our intentions and in the Spirit. Shamanic energy and healings help to transmute and remove stagnant energies and blockages through movement--breathe, fire and the elemental sources that are in our innate makeup. There is nothing more purifying than entering into the mother’s womb...to be replenished, restored, purified and rebalanced. The experience lasts approximately 1.5 hours. I recommend wearing loose fitting comfortable clothes; to be kind and aware of everyone in the room refrain from strong perfumes, body sprays or loud jewelry.
