Brunch at Longtab Brewing Company Join us for Brunch! Yes thats right, Longtab will start offering Sunday Brunch from 11am to 2pm! Here's a sneak peek at the menu: 1. Green chili breakfast burrito. Tender pork pieces slow cooked with green chilies and spices rolled in a large flour tortilla with beans, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato. Topped with salsa rojo and a fried egg served with home fries and bacon. 2. Large Belgian waffle. Large Belgian waffle cooked to order topped with house made whip cream and candied pecans. Served with warm maple syrup, bacon and home fries. ( These waffles are large and do take a few minutes to cook please be patient while the kitchen prepares each waffle to order.) 3. Fresh Fruit Parfait. Fresh berries and kiwi layered with a honey cream cheese filling and sweet granola made in house with rolled oats, pepitas, honey and pecans. 4. Sausage plate. Knockwurst roasted and served with two fried eggs, home fries, and cheddar and jalapeno biscuit made in house. 5. Biscuits and gravy. Two jalapeno n cheddar biscuits topped with a pepper gravy. Served with two fried eggs and bacon. Plus our usual soft drinks, full coffee bar, wine, and lemonades. Please note the kitchen will close to reset to our dinner menu from 2-3PM. See you there!
