TIME IS FLEXIBLE; I will be available from May on (ignore the dates). I want to cater to your physical needs and goals. Located in Upper East Side but will travel. College educated, student athlete with a 4.0 GPA. I am trained and certified and looking to open my own facility in a few years. I am a dedicated and hard-working trainer that will motivate you to achieve your personal health, diet, and physical goals. I will begin with a personalized plan and alter to your availability. I am experienced working with young kids, as well as adults. I will be happy to travel to your home for sessions or outside space for covid- reasons. I am vaccinated and boosted.
