Needed Immediately: A commercial cleaning team of 4-5 cleaners for general SALEM area. Great opportunity for a small family business or existing cleaning team of 4 - 5 people. Will be responsible for cleaning three (3) Sites all in the Salem area within three (3) miles from each other. This is a 7x days per week 1099 contract position. *Please DO NOT reply unless you are a FULL team - this is NOT a job for one person alone* Sites responsible for and additional cleaning details: - 831 Lancaster Dr NE, Salem (largest site 40,000 cleanable sq ft) - 365 Lancaster Dr SE, Salem (2nd largest site, 35,000 cleanable sq ft) - 501 Marion St NE, Salem (3rd largest, 29,000 cleanable sq ft) Mon – Thurs will be lighter days; Fri – Sun – Expect nites to run longer. Must have 4 people minimum to start. Ideally, experience cleaning movie theaters is preferred but necessary. Start times will vary but generally plan to start around 11 pm (depending if any theatres are open and available to access). Vacuuming floors inside theatres/hallways, mopping lobby entrance and servicing restrooms are the main responsibilities. - $11,000/month for all 3 sites - Start 6/1/22 (June 1st) - All cleaning chemicals provided: Must have own equipment (vacuums, flat mops, mop buckets, etc).
