Event starts at 7pm Cacao & Connection starts at 6:15pm Breathwork event! This Sunday Derek Lively, the founder of Insid3out is going to bring you an experience designed to reinvigorate you, bring clarity to your soul, and reignite self love! The flow of this event will be small group discussions followed by some breathwork, a meditation of electric guitars, then affirmation chanting, expressive movement, and lastly a call and response game! If you're ready to break you out of your box, ground into your body, and reconnect with your higher self, this event is for YOU! NEW Cacao & Connection, every Sunday in the lounge from 6:15 to 7:00. Get to know your community by playing Cards for Connection games. Savor each sip of cacao in the presence of new friends for a $5 donation per generous serving. Both cacao and the cards help you open your heart and deepen into the healing benefits of your meditation. Each Sunday at 7:00 we curate a special guest and activity that allows you to sample different spiritual modalities and practitioners!
