CONCLAVE AGENDA 10 AM- Sign-in and set-up @ Columbia Scottish Rite Bodies (7320 Garners Ferry Rd, Columbia, SC 29201) 11 AM Youth Protection Video/Cyber Information/Security/Guest Speaker 12PM- Lunch 1PM-1:15PM Travel to Escapology (717 Lady St. D, Columbia, SC 29201) Approximately 16 minutes travel time. 1:15 PM -2:45 PM Escapology Room 2:45PM-3PM Travel to Sleep In (200 E Exchange Blvd, Columbia, SC 29201) 3PM-3:30 PM Hotel Check In (See Mom Bartlett for Room Keys) 3:30PM-5:15PM- Free time/Change for Banquet 5:15PM-5:30PM- Travel to Columbia Scottish Rite Bodies 5:30PM-6:15 PM- Meet and Greet Guests 6:30PM-? Banquet After Banquet is over, we will clean up Scottish Rite once we are done, we will return to Sleep Inn and return to rooms. Sunday Morning Check Out is at 11AM DRESS FOR DAY ACTIVITIES (Youth Protection, Lunch, Escapology) is DeMolay Casual. DRESS FOR BANQUET IS SUIT & TIE Lunch Menu: Taco Bar Banquet Menu: Steaks or Roast Beef with gravy, Grilled Chicken, Mac-n-Cheese, Rice, Squash and Zucchini, LSalad, Rolls and Banana Pudding.
