Lawn Care Crew Member Job Description We are a local business that provides lawn care services for the residents of Mount Pleasant, Daniel Island and Awendaw. We are looking for a Lawn Care Crew Member that can either work part time or full time. You can start part time and choose to be full time later. You can choose your availability, and you can always leave early if communicated ahead of time. Experience is requested but not required. We will start with 3 days a week to insure the candidate is a good fit. You will begin training one on one with the owner, but this position is intended to be promoted to an individual position whereas the crew member will drive a truck and work a route independently. Promotion speed is based on performance and production. We are a tight knit organization, and care about safety most of all. CNE Lawn Care Crew Members use heavy machinery including but not limited to commercial mowers, skid steers, etc. Lawn Care Crew Members will perform a variety of tasks including: Mowing Edging Hedge Trimming Blowing Pruning Shrubbery Mulching Aerating Pine Straw Installation Planting flowers and/or shrubs Debris Pickup Raking and/or bagging Pulling Weeds Digging Holes Salary $15 per hour for the first 30 days (while training). Upon completion of training the candidate will receive a percentage of net sales they make. We pay for performance. Working Conditions: Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time; Must be able to repetitively lift, push, pull & carry up to 50 lbs Must be able to twist, bend and squat frequently; kneel or crawl occasionally; walk on uneven surfaces Primarily an outside job - must be able to work in rain and heat Must be able to perform repetitive hand & arm movements, pushing & pulling, squeezing and overhead lifting.
