Bounty to Locate Car

Hello, We are a small car rental company in Charleston. A local female living in North Charleston rented one of our cars and, despite multiple requests, will not return our car. We are initiating a warrant for her arrest, but in the meantime, we need help to locate the car. While we have trackers on our entire fleet, the car in question has tracking issues and only intermittently shows locations that she goes to regularly. Combined with a thorough background check on the individual, we have multiple address locations to share. The car is a 2010 white Toyota Prius.
