This workshop is a creative and interactive way to come face to face with your self-doubt w/o confrontation in a safe & fun environment. We'll explore the unhealthy thoughts we have about self, daily. Dare I say we'll have fun unpacking how all of this impacts our everyday life. Being on a self-love and healing journey is hard fucking work, but these workshops were created with the intentions of being the place where we enjoy doing the healing work with like-minded women who may just become our sisters. This will be an intimate setting with comfortable and plush floor seating. Be comfy but cute AF, we will be taking pictures!!! So join us, but ONLY if you can agree to 4 simple rules: RULES: 1. We never tell/speak on one another; leave that in the house. 2. No video recording while healing work is going forth. 3. We do not laugh at each other's pain/trauma. 4. Be brave & vibe out💫💫
