MASASPEQUA, NY — The Nassau County Police Department reported the following incidents in the Massapequa area for the week ending May 12. All charges are merely accusations. Three men stole a catalytic converter from a car parked on N Hawthorne Street in North Massapequa on May 5.A catalytic converter was stolen from a car parked on N Hickory Street in North Massapequa on May 1.Maria Perez, 52, of Huntington Station, was arrested on May 6 and charged with shoplifting from Macy's in the Sunrise Mall.
