DARIEN, IL – Darien saw a reduction in the number of new coronavirus cases over the last week, according to the DuPage County Health Department. As of Sunday, Darien had seen 4,183 coronavirus cases since the beginning of the pandemic, up 70 in the last week. The previous week, the city experienced 89 new cases. The city's number of coronavirus deaths increased by one in the last week, to 37.
