Want storage shed built

I want a guesstimate on building a 10x12’ or a 10x14’ storage with SHED ROOF AND 6’ TALL. Prefer NOT cement floor but any stable material ok. 24” oc is good if wood. I can buy materials if you supply material list. Let me know how you would build.. the exterior, the flooring and the roof. PLEASE put SHED in top line. I get a lot of emails. Thank you.
