I don't make any of this up, all facts. A man that lives in the Supper Rock area has alerted me to his late night activities and thru some investigation I have evidence that he IS prowling the neighborhood at the very least, once a week. I've seen him and an accomplice on multiple occasions stalking the intersections of Supper Rock and the neighborhoods surrounding it. 4:00 am is his favorite hour to try to steal cars. He's lived in Supper Rock for appx. 10 years. If he can't get the vehicle, he will break-in for tools, bags and auto batteries. He has mechanic experience. He doesn't joyride or tag up the vehicles because he wants them for parts. (he likes trucks) He searches vehicles thoroughly for guns. Your seats are popped off the frame. He is 5'11", 260 pounds, appx. 55 age, caucasian man. First initial of first name is "P", last name might start with "S". Bald head on top with hair on sides and mustache with bushy eyebows. I know his address. If you think this sounds like the M.O. of the guy that stole from you, please email-relay me your story. Maybe we can help the police catch him if you have some video where you have caught his face. His accomplice is a Mexican male, skinny with short shaved head. Appears to be 20 yo. 5' 11". The accomplice is young and skinny, he drives, peeps thru windows and jumps walls for the fat old guy. They switch between a few cars, which I have descriptions for to verify against your footage. I know on 2 occasions this year that cops have been called to come up and see what they were doing but these guys have police experience and maybe a friend in the police or police radios because they are gone by the time the cops show up and police HQ is half a mile away. There maybe other people involved. They also steal mail.
