No phone calls after 9PM. Experienced painter needed to paint 1100sf house in SW Atlanta. Home will be listed for rent so you will need to prime and paint all ceilings, walls, baseboards, doors and trim. Rooms to be painted are: Living room, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, bedroom#1, bedroom#2, bedroom3, kitchen. You must be an experienced painter with your own sprayer and your own tools. I will provide the paint. QUALIFICATIONS: 1) Painting experience 2) Own paint sprayer, rollers and paint brushes 3) Be able to cut-in without the use of tape 4) Pictures of your most recent work 5) Three (3) references will be required Pay is $1000 and is not negotiable.
