Hi there, my mom has this male Australian shepherd/Pyrenees mix she would like to re-home. He's been outside since she's had him for about a year, he's on an electric fence perimeter thing. He keeps getting out of the circle and it's too much for her to handle. He's around 4 years old and intact.
