It was only after he died that the GOP could pass a law limiting future presidents to two consecutive (not certain about this, maybe they can do 8 yrs take 4 off and come back for another 4 or 8, not gonna take time to look it up) terms. They never wanted their butts handed to them like that again. Even Lindsey says, "Who doesn't like Joe Biden?"
