One she filed charges for defamation not rape. She was to afraid to file rape charges. Which in NY depending on if it is 2nd or 3rd degree have either a 20 or 10 year Statue of limitations. So if the rape happened in 1996 that means 2016 or 2006. She writes a book titled What Do We Need Men For? That she talks about all these men that sexually assaulted her. In 2019 then President Trump was asked about it. He denied it happened, that he even knows her, and says she's not his type. So they have one photo at a party where a picture was taken Trump with Ivana and her and her date. She claims she has DNA yet it her book said it lasted 3 minutes and she isn't sure if he even ejaculated or not. So over 20 years later now she has DNA. Who found it how long after. Yes I know DNA can stay on an unwashed item. I found a New York Post article that said they were going to have a DNA test done so she gave them the dress yet they changed there mind on having that test done. So I would have to question the DNA as being valid or not since the dress was not in her possession the whole time. It wasnt until after Trump made his comments that she files a defamation case in NY. So ask yourself what was her motive. What other defamation case have you heard where DNA is needed. How was she hurt? What about all the men she named in her book that she didn't file charges? Was she worried about what repercussions may happen to them? So I think her book didn't do as good as she hoped and since Trump said something that hurt her feelings she's reaching to defamation. You can clearly Google it and read from multiple sources what it's about.
