I am sure that the Second Amends begins with: 'A well regulated militia being necessary for the security of a free state..." So how does an 18 year old in Buffalo, a 15 year old in Oxford!, Michigan...etc, etc etc. get access to a military grade weapon. The time is now to return to the Assault Weapons Ban President Bill Clinton so adroitly shepearded through congress.
