Sweet 1 year old dog looking for nice home

We are looking for a home for our sweet doggie named Cookie. He is a one and half year old pup, we got him at 8 weeks old. Super sweet, friendly, likes kids (we have 3 young kids) great companion and needs love. We are forced to find a new home for him as our apartment will no longer let us keep him. When we got him they said he was half chihuahua and half shitzu but he grew more than expected he is a small/medium size dog with light tan fur.
