Arts Continuum has a total of 12 spaces. The concept is simple to keep artists in the arts district. We have created a community where established & up-and-coming artists have a place to grow, and express themselves within the Los Angeles artist community. 1 studio is available June 1st. The studio is approximately 10×18 and rents for $500 a month. Arts Continuum is approx 4000 sq. ft.of interior space, with an outdoor garden, and secured parking. The studios have a 15 ft. high brick wall, arched wood ceiling, great ventilation, slop sink, shared clean bathroom, good natural light, a communal large working space, all utilities, trash, recycling, 24-hour access, and high speed internet are included in the price. We are located at S. Santa Fe Ave & 15th St., just blocks from the heart of the downtown Arts district. Arts Continuum is a work only artist studio.
