Heating system installed & basic plumbing

I have a 2 bedroom 1 bath 800 sq ft house that needs a new heating installed with hot water and also some basic plumbing in the kitchen. Home is vacant and you can view ASAP like to get this done within the next week if possible. This is a flip so I’m looking for a cheaper system with normal labor rates like a small company. Please email, call or text me if your interested in giving me a quote. The existing system is FHW fueled with oil. Oil tank appears to be in good condition but would like whoever looks at the job to also look at tank. I’m fine with converting to gas if it’s cheaper if the oil tank is no good. Thanks
