Hello, ladies and gentlemen! My name is Lucinda Zamudio. I am 31 years old. I am offering babysitting services from now until October. The reason for that is because my sister will be having her second baby, and she will need my full attention. I am currently babysitting my niece, but wouldn’t mind taking care of an extra child. I have been babysitting since I was 9 years old. I have experience in newborns, toddlers, small children and young teenagers. I can also provide meals and snacks. I also prefer you dropping off your little one to my home since I babysit my niece. I do not mind at all to show you my home. I keep it sanitized and clean. I have plenty of toys and even game systems. (Kid Friendly Games, of course.) I do have a dog, but she’s very harmless and friendly. I also keep her in another room so she won’t be in the way. I also have a clean background which I also do not mind if you check it. My rates are $40 for 8 hours, $60 for 12 hours, and we can discuss overnight charges if needed.
