need help with my oud!

Hi, I have something going on with tn he high c course on my Arabic oud, and it inhibits tuning. Is there anybody in the area who can help me problem solve? I am getting good at sliding from b flat to c on the second course but overall this is annoying lol I have a lot of ideas about what could be going on here but not enough experience maintaining it to really investigate. Or, do you know a good luthier who will work on it? So far I’ve had little luck :/
