Landlord needs helper to go from job to job, house to house with one of senior principals or asst mgr. We clean, load and unload matls., shop for parts, yard work and anything else we can do to support maintenance staff and/or tenants. We manage and work on over 40 houses and buy more as often as we can. You can learn on the job what property managers and maintenance staff do in property management. Indirectly you can learn to invest wholesale creatively with low down payments. You can even participate in investments if you find them for principals with no cash investment. Honest and Sober is a requirement. Trustworthy and comfortable to principals to drive with us or follow us around. Call 9:30 am to 7:30 pm 281-202-4161
