Missing proper post work out nutrition need advice

I am an active white male who loves to keep fit and exercise though not an oversized muscle head. I feel like I’ve been lacking in terms of post work out nutrition. I’m newer to Tally and hoping female experts can share with me optimum nutrition locally for an active male. I only eat clean which includes a fair amount of tuna and lean fish. Obviously this replenishes and is good for the body and not only that, but it’s delicious. Just haven’t found it in Tally sadly.
