Landscape Installation Crew Members Needed $20

Hello Austin! We are a small company with a big punch and are looking to add to the family. We install really cool landscape designs all day 5 days a week. You will need your own transportation. This is a paid workout, most days. Other days we get to take it a little easier. We have been in business 18 years by word of mouth. We have never advertised. We just do amazing work. If you have other skills like, welding, masonry, carpentry, bobcat operator etc. please feel free to include that. We need all types of trades involved by the end of an installation. Please be able to do heavy lifting, when needed without hurting yourself. These are Big installations for the most part. Big for us at least! We are currently working on 3 that will each take over 2 years. We also have a 2 other large and 6 smaller installations lined up that we cannot get to for a while. Then after we install, we maintain our work for the first year. (We guarantee our work.) Currently we are only 7 guys strong. I would like to be 12 guys strong so we can run multiple sites in one day. Over the years we have gone from 21 to 5 employees. I'd like to steady it out at 12 crew guys for good. Requirements: Good Attitude Solid Work Ethic Self-Starter Articulate Transportation The best way to interview for this job is for you to jump on the crew. We can all decide if we want to work together easily that way. If after 2 weeks it is not working, then it does not work. I give raises and bonuses often. If you earn it, you will get it. I pay people what they're worth to the team. Everyone has different pay but the base starts at $20. My starting pay for crew is higher because I want a great employees.
