Rehoming Ruby

My boyfriend has pet allergies and I cannot keep her anymore. Now that this is the only option, I'd like to see her off to a better home. Ruby is a very kind and loving dog. She gets super duper excited about everything, but calms down after you talk to her. Other than jumping when she's excited, she doesn't have any major issues behavior wise. She needs to have a yard to run and play and get out energy. Ruby loves to play with toys but will chew on the stuffed animal kinds. I originally got her from a family friend who got her from PACC as a puppy. She is 2 years old since November. Should be up to date on shots and she is spayed. No medical history while she's been living with me. She is a McNab collie mix. Ruby picks up tricks and commands super well with repetition and patience. She knows sit, wait, and come fairly well (when she's not busy getting distracted) and a few phrases around the house. She gets anxious around arguing and will remove herself from the area. Water is one of ruby's favorite things, she loves the hose and loves to play in standing water too. She has a giant tug toy that she's had since she was a puppy that she loves to death. Ruby will come with her bowl, little jacket, her toys, and her leash. I would like to keep her collar after rehoming. I am requiring a rehoming fee just to ensure she goes to the right home. I only wish the best for her and making this post is one of the hardest things I've had to do. Feel free to ask any further questions.
